In January 2019 we traveled to Rivera Maya, Mexico. The hotel we stay at was SANDOS CARACOL ECO resort for two weeks, all inclusive. The hotel was amazing, we saw monkeys, coati, raccoons and lots more. The food was good, plenty of choice. The rooms where nice, we stay in the adult only section, all rooms had a free WiFi access point in. The only complaint we’ve got is the room service, each room has a mini bar and water cooler, when these empty the hotel staff should refill them. This never happened, to get the water cooler replaced we had to find and complain to the hotel manager. Apart from this, this hotel and grounds are amazing!
